You will be able to influence the way we do things, to optimize and develop our core processes. We are on a journey on creating a centre of excellence, consolidating fee tasks across Wealth Management into our team.
We aim to set an example on how cross-functional teams should apply agile-at-scale to deliver innovation – here in Vilnius, we are creating a Wealth Management Hub, where Business and IT are sitting together to enable even closer collaboration and co-creation.
You will meet 3 colleagues in Finland, 7 colleagues in Denmark, and be a part of a newly established 3-person team in Vilnius team.

Depending on your experience and knowledge we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

You will:

Main tasks:

• Fee calculations on the wide range of AIF- and UCITS- funds, 3rd Party Distributors, and on the most wealthy UHNW discretionary clients in the Nordics
• Calculating, controlling and invoicing fees in a precise and timely manner
• Working as a key part of the Operations value chain within Wealth Management, with direct impact on customer experience
• Development and improvement of daily processes
• Creating analyses, tools, programs, and calculations
• Taking part in both our daily deliveries to the Client       Organization, Danske Invest and in various projects supporting the growth of our business

The typical day:

• 60-80% daily FEE calculation processes plus Ad hoc: update and control client agreements, control fund calculations, create and invoice clients – on funds and discretionary clients
• 20-40% optimization (proposing new initiatives of automation possibilities)
• 0-20% other projects

About you:

• +2 years of financial experience: can be with experience from the banking industry or a fund company
• You have an audit mind-set, and a strong interest in working with financial data and the details within, in a structured and analytical way
• Having VBA, SQL knowledge
• You are a team player, self-driven, result oriented, accurate, and confident in making decisions and thriving in a fast paced environment
• You are fluent in English
