Specialist to work with Investment Funds

Are you interested in financial services, investment funds and you love dynamic environment? Our team takes care of different back-office administrative tasks related to investments to Global Funds.

Global Funds department provides Funds Orders execution service to Retail, Corporate and Institutional Clients who seek exposure to Global Funds. The function manages but is not limited to: Fund Transfers In/Out, Funds Account Openings, payments to Fund Companies and Third-party platforms, reconciliation and participation in IT Projects.

In this role you will gain an in-depth knowledge and learn insights of entire Fund market and how the Danske Bank Group’s fund trading works. Our team closely collaborates with colleagues in Denmark and Norway.

Our team in Vilnius consist of 9 employees and we are looking for 3 additional colleagues to join.

You will:

  • Timely and accurate settlement of Fund order requests
  • Handle payments, bookkeeping and confirmations within tight deadlines
  • Investigate and resolve exceptions and discrepancies
  • Reconcile discrepancies for Cash and Fund Units
  • Handle queries from advisors or customers via email or phone
  • Take part in customer on-boarding, off-boarding projects
  • Continuously update SOP’s (work instructions/guidelines)

About you:

  • 1+ years of experience in banking and finance operations environment
  • Accuracy, structure, orientation to details
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude, flexible and able to learn and improve processes
  • Interest in investment instruments
  • Payments knowledge would be helpful but is not mandatory
  • Upper-intermediate English skills

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
