The Training Administration Team in Danske Bank consists of 8 professionals working from the Vilnius office. Our main tasks include providing support to the bank’s employees on navigating the Learning Management System, deploying Learning Solutions, and providing reporting.
The work is diverse as it includes both operational administrative tasks and consultancy meetings with Learning Professionals across the entire bank’s geography. The atmosphere in the team is a good mixture of professionalism and a friendly attitude.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
