You have an opportunity to become a part of a small but impactful team, which delivers support to managers across all Danske Bank. Currently, the team consists of 5 professionals who are focused on providing high quality and efficiency.

You will be working on global organizational changes, reviewing demand forms, communicating to stakeholders, helping managers on important decisions on how our organization will look like and evaluating what impact implemented changes will bring out. We are looking for a team member to deliver high quality and efficiency while being diplomatic and helpful when communicating with managers across the organization.

You will:

• Help to understand and consult managers to make decisions about the company’s organizational structure and the best approach to changing it
• Perform the organizational changes in the internal systems
• Work on some reporting regarding the organizational changes
• Communicate with stakeholders inside the organization

About you:

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative or operational work field
• Good MS Excel skills (Pivot/Vlookup functions)
• Stakeholder and project management skills (or it should be at least a passion of yours)
• Diplomacy and understanding other people needs should be your core values
