You have an opportunity to become a part of a small but impactful team, which delivers support to managers across all Danske Bank. Currently, the team consists of 5 professionals who are focused on providing high quality and efficiency.

You will be working on global organizational changes, reviewing demand forms, communicating to stakeholders, making important decisions on how our organization will look like, and evaluating what impact implemented changes will bring out.

We are looking for a team member to deliver high quality and efficiency while being the most diplomatic when communicating with managers across the organization.

You will:

• Understand and contribute to making decisions about the company’s structure and the best approach to changing it
• Perform the organizational changes in the internal systems
• Work on reporting regarding the changes
• Communicate with stakeholders

About you:

• At least a year of experience in the administrative work field
• Stakeholder and project management skills should be at least a passion of yours
• Good MS Excel skills (Pivot/Vlookup functions)
• Diplomacy and understanding other people needs should be your core values
