You will:

  • Ensure service delivery for corporate costumers from 7 different countries
  • Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests in order to provide the best possible customer experience
  • Have a close collaboration with advisor teams, provide consultations and optimize solutions for customers
  • Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for solutions to improve or automate them (Robotics, Lean, etc.)

About you:

  • Experience in an operational or administrative role
  • Critical mindset and detailed orientation
  • Focus on high quality and accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Continuous learning mindset and a want to improve or challenge processes
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1640 EUR to 2460 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
