Software Engineer (.NET) in People Tribe

We are looking for a .NET Software Engineer to join People Tribe on an exciting HR domain digitalization journey.

Once viewed as a support function that solely delivered employee services, it is expected that HR will actively contribute to the organization’s wider digital transformation.

People Tribe brings together business and IT professionals into cross-functional squads and enables us to work in a truly agile organization. Each of these squads are self-organized teams that empowers its employees to take their own decisions while working on the end-to-end delivery of products and services.

As a member of the squad, you will work on innovative solutions to complex business problems and drive modernization and cloud transformation initiatives. You will work together with the Modern HR Infrastructure team, which contains .NET developers and a technical chapter lead. The team works in close collaboration with architects and product owners.

You will:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of .NET-based applications
  • Use the code standards to maintain code quality
  • Support, maintain and modernize existing solutions
  • Utilize private and public cloud services (we use AWS) to build scalable and reliable systems
  • Automate your own work by implementing CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery
  • Collaborate with other developers in the chapter and squad, learn new things, and grow individually and professionally

About you:

  • Proficient in .NET (C#), ASP.NET and SQL
  • Good knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools (we use Azure DevOps + Terraform for infra deployment)
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Experience using AWS or other public cloud providers
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills

Monthly salary range from 3480 EUR to 5220 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
