Software Engineer (.NET) in MobilePay IT

MVC, SQL and Entity framework, monthly release trains, and endless dependencies. Sounds too familiar and boring? Have you ever wondered if there is another way? You will:

  • Building RestAPI backend services based on micro-service deployment pattern
  • Creating data models that could support high-frequency queries
  • Optimizing code for MobilePay services and websites
  • Applying leading trends and patterns, such as domain-driven design, event sourcing, command-query responsibility segregation, and others
  • Designing architecture for new features to deliver on your squad and tribe goals
  • Working in a self-organizing Scrum team with an agile mind-set
  • Using best-of-breed tools, plug-ins, and technologies
  • Learning something every day – either through the problem you are solving or with learning tools and workshops.

About you:

  • At least 2 years of experience in C# development
  • Passion towards high performance, clean and testable code
  • General knowledge of relational and document databases (Cassandra/MSSQL/ PostgreSQL/MongoDB/MySQL)
  • Familiar with one messaging brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka/IBM MQ/ MSMQ)
  • Curiosity about scaling your code to support millions of payments per day
  • Sense of ownership and responsibility for technical decisions
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Good teamwork skills and attention to details
