Software Engineer (Android) in MobilePay

Application period has expired.

MobilePay is a mobile payment app with more than 5m users in Denmark and Finland. At first, the vision was simple – change the way a nation transfers money. Now that we have succeeded, we are facing new challenges and know for a fact that there is still much more to be achieved.

You will be joining the Private Payments team, also known as Team Pandas. Pandas are well known to be very versatile, so is our team – we develop backend, web, and native app solutions at the highest quality levels. If you are interested in how cards, accounts, and payments work; how to best simplify the concepts and interactions behind them – you will feel right at home. We have a good mix of gals and guys, seniors and juniors, so no matter who you are, you should be able to find a fit 🙂

You will:

Started in 2013 by a couple of people as a new initiative in Danske Bank, MobilePay very fast became a new standard dealing with money in Denmark. 70%+ of all users are customers in other banks than Danske Bank as the app is not tied to being a Danske Bank customer.

Perceived as most important app in Denmark in 2019 (defeating Facebook), used by more than 80% of population, passing 100 billion Danish crowns transfers in 2019 and very fast growing in Finland.

Join our team and help MobilePay grow even more. We are looking Android developers to join one of our cross-functional teams.
