Our team develops and supports Danske Bank Lithuania from the Site Management and Employer Attractiveness points of view. We are looking for a Site Business Analyst who’s able to turn data into actionable insights. Based on data analysis and other business insights, you will initiate and coordinate various initiatives across the Site, hence contributing to the overall growth and success of Danske Bank’s operations in Lithuania.

You will:

  • Collection and analysis of data related to employee surveys, finance, real estate facilities, workplace environment, HR, etc. and turning it into actionable insights
  • Identification of trends and business needs translation into clear goals, breaking these goals down into initiatives for the Site support functions facilitation, and coordination of employee surveys
  • Coordination of initiatives impacting employee experience and Site efficiency
  • Assistance with various presentations and preparation of necessary material for the leadership meetings
  • Ownership of several reporting dashboards and monitoring of timely data provision from supporting functions

About you:

  • Relevant work experience
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data with attention to details and accuracy
  • Experience with project management or coordination of various initiatives
  • Good presentation skills with the ability to provide actionable insights
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Innovative mindset, openness for continuous learning, and a team-oriented person
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
