The Service Portfolio Governance (SPG) team in Business Services & Service Governance (BSSG) manages the portfolio of all IT services across the bank. It is also responsible for the Common Services Data Model (CSDM) upon which all services and services management is supervised. After our recent reorganisation, we have a vacancy for a Service Portfolio Manager (SPM) to join the team and support us drive a busy and critical agenda that supports our performance, regulatory and compliance demands.

We are currently a team of 7 in Denmark, Lithuania and India, supporting the Technology & Services teams with their services and portfolios. We are looking for one more colleague to help us deliver on our agenda.

You will:

  • Coordinate Service Portfolio improvement initiatives: everything from collecting requirements to testing technical solutions
  • Take care of Service Portfolio daily tasks: we’ll have new services coming in and some services retiring; there will be changes and challenges after new service releases and sometimes – incidents
  • Work with Service Owners: help them and support them, especially after new releases
  • Work with other DIWI teams: understand how our processes can improve their ways of working
  • Ensure ServiceNow is optimally configured to support SPG goals, liaising with the Solutions Development and Service Management teams

About you:

  • Strong Service Management knowledge and experience (ITIL4 is preferred)
  • Solid understanding of service management processes and the full-service lifecycle
  • Servicenow experience is highly preferred, a good understanding of Agile and DevOps principles
  • Service Design and Service Strategy experience highly desirable
  • Experience in either working as a service owner/manager or working alongside similar role would be an advantage
  • Experience in driving (or at least being part of) organization-level initiatives, good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience in coordinating effort between different teams and stakeholder groups
  • Ability to translate technical and service language into business terms
