Service Owner – Workstream and Social Collaboration

Collaboration & Productivity area is going through a transformation, embracing modern ways of working through different devices using both on-prem and public cloud-based technical capabilities.

You will be responsible for Workstream & Social collaboration service which is one of the most used and most exposed service in the organization.

As a service owner of this critical service, you will be accountable for ensuring service evolution, enhancements and service stability. You will be leading technical engineers assigned to service on a daily basis and working together with area architects to design and plan a service roadmap.

This service is currently established by main products as MS Teams, Skype, Yammer, Planner, Forms, Whiteboard for which you will be responsible.

You will be working hand in hand with other service owners in Collaboration and Productivity and broader End User Services areas to ensure alignment and drive wider area improvements.

You will work with colleagues in all the countries Danske Bank is operating in; however, your closest colleagues are located in Vilnius and Copenhagen. Your workplace will be in Vilnius.

You will:

• Work as a service owner leading service evolution and ensuring service stability
• Define a service roadmap based on user needs and market trends
• Be a central point of contact for all service-related questions
• Lead technical service team on a daily basis through well-groomed and specifically prioritized backlog
• Act as an escalation point and lead resolution of critical service incidents
• Be a customer-centric entrepreneur, representing users interests and priorities
• Use your skills as a catalyst leader, creating a collaborative environment for the fully empowered team members to excel and deliver efficiently
• Assist in removing impediments, ensure timely business clarifications
• Be ready to take on the personal ownership and accountability for the deliveries of the agreed and expected business outcome
• Work closely with the business stakeholders to understand strategic as well as specific short-term priorities
• Manage contract and escalation to the vendor, portfolio and area leadership when necessary

About you:

• Domain knowledge collaboration & productivity technologies
• Knowledge of O365 products: Teams, Yammer, Forms, Whiteboard, Planner, Delve, SharePoint, OneDrive
• Previous experience working as a team manager, product owner or project manager in the technology area
• Visionary leader with a strong desire to deliver on the mission and goals of the Service Portfolio
• Curiosity, achievement, humbleness, as well as honesty are amongst your key values
• You value feedback, received as well as given as a great way for gaining self-insight and for you and the service members to grow and learn continuously
• Good storytelling and general communication skills
• Knowledge of O365 security & compliance capabilities (would be an advantage)
