If so, you should consider joining our colleagues in the Process Architecture team in Vilnius, and together build the connected bank through training and support of colleagues across the entire Danske Bank.

In your team, you will work with expert professionals who will grow your capabilities within process architecture, process-related documentation and operational interconnectedness across the entire Danske Bank.

You will:

Conduct training, online or classroom
Provide support on a wide range of process and documentation-related questions
Enable colleagues across the bank to transform large amounts of information into easy-to-read guidelines
Work with experts in upskilling colleagues in all business units and countries
Be at the forefront of learning techniques to continuously improve our capabilities to enhance process skills and knowledge in Danske Bank

Your area of responsibility will primarily be within standard operating procedures and business procedures, and you will gain insight into various areas of the bank working with skilled colleagues across the bank. The position holds a good opportunity for professional and personal development, where your capabilities within training methods and skill building will be crucial for your own and your team’s success.

About you:

You have work experience within documentation (e.g. SOPs, process mapping etc.)
You thrive to support colleagues across the bank and have an outgoing and easy-going attitude
You have experience with or at least desire to conduct training, both online and classroom
You have great presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
You have experience in continuous improvement
You have the desire to understand the needs of our colleagues to provide them with the right solutions
You are a fast learner, able to absorb and compute complex information and it’s natural for you to team up with colleagues to find the best solutions
You have advanced English language skills – written and spoken

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1760 EUR to 2640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
