Leasing Banking Operations

Our team is working in a back office with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finland, and Northern Ireland customers we are currently providing services for. So your day would mainly consist of taking care of financing and administration tasks related to leasing agreements and leasing payments and collaborating with colleagues here in Lithuania and internationally.

Our office is in Vilnius, but we value flexibility and work-life balance so we offer the possibility to work from other cities in Lithuania too.

You will:

  • Take care of financing and administration tasks of new and existing leasing and factoring agreements
  • Handle incoming payments related to the leasing
  • Maintain a constant mutual dialogue with colleagues in Lithuania, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Northern Ireland
  • Participate in continuous process improvements using Lean principles
  • Take discussions on exception handling, problem-solving

About you:

  • Previous back office or administrative work experience would be an advantage
  • Higher Education of final year student
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills in writing, speaking and understanding
  • Ability to operate effectively and deliver results in a diverse environment with shifting priorities
  • Customer-oriented and focused on quality and accuracy
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to share your knowledge

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
