You will be part of experienced Foreign Exchange and Money Market team and you will be responsible for various back-office services, such as data entry, data validation and customer support. Your job will be mainly computer-related back-office tasks of simple-to-medium complexity, with some client-facing tasks. You will be working in a team of about 16 employees. You will cooperate with two other colleagues in the night shift between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. on workdays (Sunday/Monday-Thursday/Friday).

Depending on your skills, knowledge, and experience, you may be offered different seniority in the role. Please note that this position is temporary and part time.

You will:

Monitor Foreign Exchange (FX) / Continuous Linked Settlement (CLS) transactions
Approve and enter trades, ensure successful matching
Regularly communicate with different stakeholders within the bank as well as external parties via phone and email
Investigate, analyze and solve arising problems
Maintain and improve quality in daily tasks so that the client receives the best possible service

About you:

Ability to work during the night is necessary
Excellent analytical skills, high level of accuracy and attention to details
Ability to prioritize effectively, make decisions solely in a fast-changing environment without compromising quality
Interest or experience in FX, money markets, finance and economics
Customer focus, ability to learn quickly
Ability to process large volumes of tasks and data
Upper-intermediate English skills, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
