As our Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be the vital cog in the seamless functioning of our data analytics and data infrastructure. Collaborating closely with our data analytics and data engineers squads, you will have diversity in your daily tasks – from lending support and coordination to ensure the effortless completion of tasks, to problem-solving and removing obstacles in our path. Communication is another vital factor in your role. You’ll liaise with requestors to maintain our high standard of service, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

  • Effective agile sprint planning: Define the sprint goals and ensure JIRA items are clearly defined and understood by the squads. Assist in estimating required resources for planned and completed tasks
  • Continuous improvement: Collaborate with the teams to identify opportunities for processes’ improvements and efficiency enhancements, focusing on practical, incremental changes that ensure ongoing operational excellence
  • Operational support: Provide day-to-day coordination and support to the data analytics and data engineers squads, aiding in the swift resolution of incidents and challenges
  • Documentation: Play an integral role in creating, reviewing, and updating internal documentation related to our processes, standards, methodologies, and beyond. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure our operations remain transparent and efficient
  • Stakeholder management: Act as a liaison between data analytics and data engineers squads, as well as with external stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication regarding service delivery, prioritization, way of collaboration and incident management
  • Bridging communication and raising visibility: Be the communication linchpin, both internally and externally, keeping everyone informed about the status and developments of our projects. Guide and train the organization on how to use the reports to maximize their value

About you:

  • Extensive experience in managing relationship with stakeholders, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
  • Experience in a coordination or support role within data engineering, business intelligence, or a similar technical environment
  • Good skills in SQL and Tableau. Solid understanding of ETL processes
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Higher education
  • Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 3200 EUR to 4800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
