Senior User Experience Designer in Wealth Management

Danske Bank set out on a mission to become a better bank for our customers. To achieve that, Wealth Management Hub has been created, where business and IT teams are sitting together to enable closer collaboration, co-creation to improve the experience for our customers.

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to work in a cross-functional product team to better tailor experience for some of our wealth management products. More specifically the focus will be on the retirement area that we seek to integrate even better in the banking experience to give more holistic advice. You will have full ownership of the UX process for the product from a problem and the user needs discovery to the actual implementation of a verified solution.

You will join an experienced and international team of designers and analysts working in Brand Experience, located both in Denmark and Lithuania. We are a passionate team using the newest and foremost methods to create the best possible user experience for our customers, transcend what we know as banking today and deliver products of tomorrow.

• 3-5 years of experience in Digital design (preferably UX design)
• Medium to high-level involvement in 3 to 4 projects demonstrating visual problem solving and strategical skills
• A strong foundation of visual communication and problem-solving tools with an emphasis on digital solutions
• Experience with user needs exploration and design validation.
• Can-Do attitude with focus on delivery
• Willingness to educate and share knowledge
• Enjoy being at the forefront of implementation
• A history of working in cross-functional teams on products with multiple stakeholders
• Great proficiency in working with Sketch, Abstract, Invision, or other design, versioning, and prototyping tools
• A general understanding of HTML, CSS and agile IT development
