Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

You will join the Human Resources team in Danske Bank where we are responsible for ensuring our attractiveness and ability to hire critical capabilities. We do this by combining a global mindset with targeted initiatives that are customized to specific markets, units, and segments. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, we expect you to be a sparring partner and support our hiring managers in creating a high performing organization based on your market knowledge, excellent service delivery, and influencing and engagement skills.

We are looking for a recruitment expert who has a passion for recruitment and wants to lead recruitment projects with focus on such domains as finance, compliance, risk, and operations.

You will:

  • Build strong talent pipelines for Danske Bank hiring needs (internal & external)
  • Deliver best end-to-end talent acquisition processes group-wide –including assessment, interviewing and on-boarding
  • Identify, engage & follow-up on prioritised talent acquisition channels
  • Act as a lead / project manager for projects related to organizational and leadership development
  • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders of various seniorities
  • Act as a sparring partner for hiring managers within Danske Group to identify their staffing needs as well as talent attraction strategies
  • Act with expertise while holding shared responsibility for business and HR goals and targets delivery
  • Perform some sourcing for potential candidates when expected
  • Participate in and coordinate employer branding activities, recruitment events

About you:

  • A solid track record (5+ years of experience) in recruiting best talents
  • Proven experience in implementing/leading strategic HR projects
  • Taking ownership and following tasks through
  • Proactivity with excellent communication skills
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills
  • Strong team-player, offering support and encouragement
  • Advanced skills with MS Office Tools
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written)
  • Candidate sourcing experience would be an advantage
