Senior Specialist for Business Services Team

We are looking for a collaborative and eager-to-learn colleague who is interested in developing in the custody area and want to work in a fun, diverse & flexible environment.

You will join the area, focusing on an innovative, agile, and truly customer-centric culture. In addition, you will be contributing to our LEAN culture, incorporated into our daily work.

Your role will include supporting our custody clients to ensure best class service delivery. Daily, you will keep close collaboration with our stakeholders and attend their requests in a timely manner. You will maintain process quality and continuously look for ways to improve our daily processes.

We are looking for a team oriented person who is keen on efficiently delivering administrative tasks and handling invoices within an exciting mix of work streams and will, with attention to detail, deliver high quality on time, coupled with a desire to continuously improve processes, systems, and automation.

We have exciting plans in our team and for that, we are looking for a new member. Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role and a permanent contract. The job offer location is in Vilnius.

You will:

  • Carry out a large variety of administrative tasks for Nordic clients
  • Handle and process invoices for our custody clients
  • Perform controls on duly manner
  • Reviews of process steps
  • Update our register of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and other teams within the Bank
  • Interact with our team members from Denmark and Lithuania
  • Participate in risk management with a focus on continuous improvement using Lean principles

About you:

  • 3+ years of back office or administrative work experience
  • Engaged and motivated, ready to take up on challenges
  • Attentive to detail and able to learn quickly
  • Thrive in a changing environment
  • Ready to participate actively in the team
  • A Team-oriented person who enjoys working, sharing knowledge, and having fun together
  • Willing to develop and expand your skills
  • Intermediate English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2000 EUR to 3000 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
