Our tribe is responsible for developing and maintaining the Group-wide workflow and case-handling platform, which optimizes and automates key processes across the organisation.

We are building a team to deliver AI-enabled capabilities, develop innovative solutions for process automation, and create significant value for the business using a “build once, use many times” approach. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our vision, experiment with new ideas, and test various solutions.

Our diverse team operates across multiple locations, including Lithuania, Denmark, Finland, and India. You will collaborate closely with other squads within the tribe, stakeholders from different tribes and business units, as well as external vendors and partners.

You will:

Be a hands-on architect by diligently designing application architecture and leading development efforts to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps
Act as the architecture lead in development initiatives, driving solution design and providing guidance to team members
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality, speed, and scalability of our Camunda-based platform
Understand the business domain and design solutions to meet both short- and long-term business needs, bridging the communication between the business and technical domains
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and Software Architects within the tribe
Continuously refine and improve the way of working within the squad and initiatives you are part of

About you:

Demonstrated experience as a software architect or in a similar role
A strong hands-on software development experience, with the ability to guide and mentor teams by example
Experience in designing and transforming complex enterprise systems
Experience with structured modelling and documentation of architecture, such as ArchiMate, C4, arc42, or UML
Knowledge of workflow automation tools, such as Camunda, is an advantage
Ability to communicate architecture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Advanced skills in English

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5600 EUR to 8400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
