We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer interested in creating high-availability back-end services for our mobile and web banking users.

If you are passionate about the high quality and high reliability of customer systems, this could be a great fit for you. When employed, you will join the Customer Relationship squad in the Channels Individuals Customers tribe.

The tribe is responsible for the digital channels provided to our customers. Our team’s main mission is to ensure a seamless and trustworthy customer relationship experience across digital channels by providing efficient and future-proof communication and self-service solutions. The team includes a product owner, a business and functional specialist, a digital designer and 5 software engineers.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role.

You will:

Develop high-quality microservices for a cloud-based system
Continuously develop yourself, the team’s capabilities and ways of working
Be pushing your code through the door and monitoring its performance
Work in a self-organizing squad and have an agile mindset
Be strongly supported and empowered to grow in areas where you want to grow most (be it C# development, API design, infrastructure and pipeline enablement, architecture, refinement and coordination, soft skills etc.)
Work directly with frontend developers and align activities with them (they are consumers of our APIs)
Identify technical debt and improvements for our solutions and work on implementing them
Work with other engineers on improving our development, testing, and deployment practices, solution quality and maintainability and automation

About you:

5+ years of experience in the .NET platform (preferably .NET Core, C#)
Have a good working knowledge of databases (SQL)
Understand clean code, SOLID principles, RESTful architecture, and API design
Value unit and integration tests
Knowing how to use Grafana, Kibana or similar monitoring tools would be considered as a pro
You are familiar with at least part of our tech stack, which includes REST APIs, Postman, RabbitMQ, Elastic Search, Docker, and Azure DevOps and we deploy to the Kubernetes container platform
Upper-Intermediate English speaking skills

Monthly salary range from 4320 EUR to 6480 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
