Senior Software Engineer (.NET) in Channels Individual Customers Tribe

In Channels – Individual Customers we empower our Customer Journey tribes to efficiently build world class banking experiences on top of our web and mobile based channels.

Our team is co-located across Lithuania, Denmark, and India and we are responsible for digital sale IT solution development for Mobile Banking App widely used in 5 markets, mainly in Scandinavia.

We are looking for a colleague who has a “can – do“ attitude for innovative IT solution development and problem solving. We are seeking a motivated individual who has solid communication skills, good team focus, but also can work individually and take initiative on their own.

You will:

  • Work with a modern tech stack including C#, .NET, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Elastic Stack, Grafana and others
  • Closely collaborate and participate in technical discussions with architects, software engineers, and business analysts
  • Define execution plans for specific features maintenance and upgrades
  • Work with core business domains – products and ordering
  • Actively participate in Engineering efforts that streamline the experience of our product
  • Be part of a self-organizing squad and have an agile mindset

About you:

  • 4+ years of experience in software development
  • Technical expertise in C# or other object-oriented programming language
  • Good knowledge of SQL, SOLID design principles and experience with CI/CD
  • Solid communication and ability to coordinate work with various stakeholders
  • Higher education in computer science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience working with Message Broker solutions such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or IBM MQ would be beneficial
  • Knowledge about container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes would be beneficial
  • Upper-intermediate skills in written and spoken English
