Senior Service Manager/ IT Local Anchor (Business Coordinator)

End User Device Services area is going through a transformation, embracing modern ways of working through different devices using both on-prem and public cloud-based technical capabilities.

We are looking for a Senior Service Manager to support local businesses and represent their requirements globally. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a relationship with the business to ensure stakeholders’ engagement regularly.

You will work with colleagues from all the countries where Danske Bank operates. However, your closest colleagues are located in Vilnius and Copenhagen. Your workplace will be in Vilnius.

• Excellent IT/technical background with a genuine interest in new technologies
• Proven experience working closely with business and its functions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle several tasks at the same time
• Good communication and social skills
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
• Experience working in an international cross-functional team (would be an advantage)
