End User Device Services area is going through a transformation, embracing modern ways of working through different devices using both on-prem and public cloud-based technical capabilities.

As a Senior Service Manager, you will be responsible for Mobile device assets globally in Danske Bank. This means that you will be accountable for ensuring enhancements and stability of processes.
On a daily basis, you will be working hand in hand with service owners in End User Device Services.

You will work with colleagues from all the countries where Danske Bank operates. However, your closest colleagues are located in Vilnius and Copenhagen. Your workplace will be in Vilnius.

You will:

• Work and collaborate closely with the business stakeholders to understand strategic and specific short-term priorities
• Focus on implementing a unified setup across countries
• Simplify end user experience with the right guides and information
• Be a central point of contact for all questions related to your responsibility
• Act as an escalation point
• Manage contract and escalation to the vendor, portfolio and area leadership when necessary

About you:

• Proven experience working closely with business and its functions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle several tasks at the same time
• Good communication and social skills
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
• Proactive and initiative mindset that challenges status quo and find new ways of working
• Experience working in an international cross-functional team (would be an advantage)
