You bring an optmistic mind-set that enable you to keep going, when things are tough while never losing sight of the risk and issues to be dealt with. You take great pride in results delivery, but consider development of your team members just as important a task.

You will help us make simple solutions to deliver on Danske Bank’s promise as the most trusted financial partner by improving the set-up for how the bank handles reporting of customer information to authorities. Your responsibility will be to manage complex projects that reach across all business units and markets and maintain strong collaborative relations with business, IT, legal, compliance and risk.

You will:

  • Delivery of sustainable results that is engrained in the behavior of involved Danske Bank employees
  • Project management from scoping to full implementation and value creation to the benefit of all involved stakeholders
  • Facilitation and conceptualization of best practice solutions that are implemented by your core team or the extended teams in the business and international markets
  • Project team management including coaching and development of individuals to help foster the next generation of high performing Project Managers
  • Engagement with senior stakeholders in the business

About you:

  • Experience from a similar position with 5+ years of experience with complex change and management of strategic projects
  • A university degree (preferably with a background in business understanding)
  • Experience with project team management
  • Well established Project Management toolbox in place that entails strong skills on stakeholder management, planning, communication, leadership and conceptual management of strategy to implementation.
  • Experience creating and delivering reports to senior stakeholders
  • A highly structured approach and a strong communicator
  • Experience from the financial industry is an advantage
