Senior Process Consultant

You will:

  • Work with multiple stakeholders at different levels in the organization, and thought that
  • Gain insight into various functions across the entire bank
  • Develop methodologies for ensuring effective implementation of process-related activities
  • Face the business while completing the methodology to secure their effective adoption

About you:

Preferably you have good insight and experience within:

  • Hands-on experience with process management and documentation
  • Proven facilitation and presentation skills
  • Upper-intermediate English skills
  • Structured problem solving and skilled collaboration skills
  • Basic project management skills
  • Positive and outgoing attitude, ‘can-do’ and ‘will-do’ mindset
  • Continuous Improvements, e.g. Lean certification (will be considered as an advantage)
  • Change Management, e.g. ADKAR certified (will be considered as an advantage)

Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
