Then join us and become a part of our Service Transformation team, which is responsible for End-2-End transformation, project execution and business development within Banking Services area.

In Service Transformation, we value collaboration over hierarchy, skills over titles, people over procedures, and developing over maintaining. We enable Banking Services to better serve our customers throughout their entire lifecycle.

Your responsibility will be to facilitate and design customer and business centric processes, business logic and collaborate with various stakeholders around the process design to ensure solid service design. You will also play a vital part in establishing a dialogue based work environment.

You will be a part of our Service Transformation team, with highly skilled members (fellow consultants and Project Managers) based in Lithuania and Denmark.

You will:

• Focus on digital process transformation and redesign across Banking Services
• Take ownership of value stream mapping, ensure we turn processes lean and smart
• Take ownership of process development initiatives, ensuring they are proceeding according to the plan and meeting quality standards
• Carry out all the elements of project management starting from scoping down to benefit realization
• Manage communication, ensuring timely and clear updates, stakeholder alignment
• Take ownership of own development and that of the team (centering around junior colleagues) as well as Banking Services organisation at large

About you:

• Higher education
• 3+ years of experience in delivering robust improvement initiatives or experience in process development and re-design
• Strong knowledge of project management and LEAN methodologies (certification in these areas will be considered an advantage)
• Experience in working with value stream mapping
• A flair for change management, including knowledge & interest in different change management, behaviour design tools & technics
• Effective communication and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and seniority
• Ability to effectively negotiate and facilitate problem resolution
• Ability to teach and develop others, break down complex structures
• Fluency in English is a must
