Senior Process Consultant in Data and Processes Team

Are you motived by improving the process transparency and increase the understanding and experience of the processes? Do you like to build clear guidance and train user of our processes? Then you might be the new colleague we are looking for in Data & Processes.

You will join Danske Bank Procurement & Premises located in Lithuania and work closely together with the existing global with colleagues in Denmark, Lithuania and India.

Data & Processes have end2end responsibility of our data, processes and tools for group wide procurement, and design and manage our new state of the art platform Ivalua.

If you are digital in mind-set, driven by improving end-user journeys and a play maker by nature, then you could be a fit for this great opportunity in our team.

• 2+ year of experience, working with process documentation or process modelling – in digital environment
• Great Communications and training skills
• Process Improvement skills – can spot way to simplify
• Good moderation skills – in the lingo of the end-users
• As a person, you are result-oriented and collaborative
• You have good stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• It’s a huge advantage if you have experience with tools: DOIT, Aris, Ivalua or similar procurement platforms
