Senior Process Consultant for Screening and Monitoring Area

We are currently looking for a team member to work with process transformation in Screening & Monitoring Area.

You would join #trustedpartner department responsible for driving change and transformation agenda in Screening and Monitoring Area!

Your responsibilities will include an active role in driving process transformation and improvements, applying your subject matter expertise, analytical, process improvement and stakeholder management skills and industry best practices and helping to ensure successful implementation of agreed targets.

You will be located in Vilnius office but you might be required to travel periodically to one of Danske Bank offices in Scandinavia.

• 2+ years of experience in project management and/or process transformation
• Experience in screening and monitoring, AML area would be a strong advantage
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Ability effectively negotiate and facilitate problem resolution
• Willingness to actively take ownership and drive tasks through to a successful conclusion
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
