Senior Process Consultant for Financial Crime Risk Center of Excellence

Join our Process Consultants team, where we support the Financial Crime Risk and Prevention area in getting oversight and control of their Process landscape and operational risk management.

We are a small team working as a Center of Excellence covering both process governance and risk management competencies to support the Financial Crime Risk and Prevention area. We are in the midst of a transformation and looking to scale up the team, which is why we are seeking colleagues to take on a Senior Process Consultant role.

You will be working closely with various stakeholders from the Financial Crime Solutions Tribes, 1st Line Financial Crime Risk, and collaborating with Risk Specialists.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Develop, improve, and map the Process landscape
  • Support all stakeholders in the area in creating the process landscape and facilitation of various assessments needed when building processes and solutions
  • Build good stakeholder relationships, ensure target alignment, and distribute tasks
  • Contribute to building a powerful risk culture by creating awareness and transparency when reporting and adopting an analytical mindset
  • Take part in continuously developing and improving our ways of working to ensure high quality, efficiency, and transparency

About you:

  • Have a proactive approach to your stakeholders and are not retiring to push the agenda to find potential solutions to issues
  • Have great communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy working in a structured manner
  • Advanced English skills are required, both oral and written; Danish is not a requirement
  • You have a get-things-done profile and a can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and always find a way around obstacles
  • Eagerness to encourage progress, take the initiative, and contribute with good energy is essential to the role
  • Do not mind changes in the strategic agenda and can act on ad hoc issues
  • Proven experience in a similar position is desirable
