Wealth Management is the Danske Bank Group’s specialist in fund and asset management. We manage funds and assets for institutional and private investors in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Luxembourg and other countries. Onboarding & Booking team is a part of Danske Bank Wealth Management, COO area, Back Office.

We aim to set an example on how cross-functional teams should apply agile-at-scale to deliver innovation – here in Vilnius, we are creating a Wealth Management Hub, where Business and IT are sitting together to enable even closer collaboration and co-creation.

Depending on your skills and preferences, we will welcome 2 new members to our Onboarding & Booking team, which provides daily administrative services to our colleagues and contributes to process optimization and development.

You will:

• Daily operations and services in order to onboard, change and close clients and maintenance of systems
• Ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers and stakeholders based on our performance agreements
• Participation in process improvement initiatives and projects, e.g. setting up new funds
• Maintaining and improving quality to ensure best customer experience by sharing your knowledge on a workshops, taking care of process reviews, etc.
• Ensuring accurate data in our system, namely SimCorp Dimension
• Collaborating with the team in Denmark and other departments within Danske Bank Group, e.g. Fee, Limits and AM-support
• Ensuring regulatory requirements, the Group’s policies and our Core values

About you:

• 2+ year of working experience in the financial industry: BackOffice, funds administration, operations or investment
• Data control experience
• Digital mindset (IT experience and knowledge within SimCorp Dimension is preferable)
• You have participated in projects and initiatives in order to optimize and improve daily tasks
• You take a proactive, systematic and results-oriented approach to your work, maintaining a vigilant eye for details and quality
• You are strong team player, sociable and independent with good cooperation, multitasking and time-management skills
• Good at communicating in English both written and spoken
