Senior Operations Officer in Fund Settlement Team

Custody & Fund Services provides Funds Trading execution service to Retail, Corporate and Institutional Clients who seek exposure to Global Funds. The function manages but is not limited to: Funds Trading, Fund Transfers, Funds Account Openings, payments to Fund Companies and Third-party platforms, Query Management and Projects.
The role gives the opportunity to develop skills and acquire knowledge that gives you a strong advantage in the current job market. You will gain an in-depth understanding of how fund administration works and gain insight into the entire Fund market and the Danske Bank Group’s fund trading.
You will be included in the wider Wholesale Banking Services unit with location in Vilnius and be part of a team of 6 people.

You will:

  • Timely and accurate settlement of fund trades
  • Handling tasks within many tight deadlines and a minimal amount of errors
  • Investigating and resolving settlement exceptions and discrepancies
  • Proactive settlement risk management, continuous improvement of the service
  • Processing customers requests on account opening administration

About you:

  • 2-3 years experience in banking and finance operations environment
  • Good knowledge of financial instruments
  • Accuracy and good attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Being result-oriented and a quick learner
  • Being a team-oriented person
  • Fluent English both verbal and written
  • Experience in the legal or AML field would be an advantage
