Senior .NET Software Engineer at Trade Capture Team

Our team comprises nine developers, a product owner, and a support specialist. Part of the team is in Denmark, and part is in Lithuania. Now we’re looking for a new colleague in Lithuania.

Our team develops and maintaining the internal Danske Bank trading platform.

We are looking for a person who can develop and operate Danske Bank’s mission-critical trading systems.

Technologies we use include C#, Kafka, K8s, private cloud, terraform, SQL Server, Azure DevOps.

You will:

  • Develop and operate mission-critical trading systems
  • Integrate our systems with exchanges and electronic trading platforms
  • Design and implement high-performance distributed systems
  • Investigate requirements and implement required features (required by businesses, other tribes, regulations)
  • Help with supporting the system, analyzing, and resolving incidents
  • Take part in technical discussions
  • Take part in scrum meetings
  • Work in a friendly environment

About you:

  • 4+ years of C# programming experience
  • SQL skills and API design
  • Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
  • Good understanding of distributed system development
  • Skills in CI/CD
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of C++, Linux, Docker would be a big plus
