The payroll and compensation squad manages and maintains all the IT compensation solutions used by HR services in Danske Bank in various countries. We have a variety of solutions spanning from in-house to third-party vendor solutions.

As a full-stack developer, your responsibilities will lie in developing/maintaining integrations with the latest tools & technologies, ensuring test automation is incorporated in every implementation. You will also play a significant role in designing and developing a central solution on rewards/benefits/bonuses in this squad.

You will:

• Transform business requirements with key stakeholders into working solutions
• Ensure the technical front-end setup is up to date and following the bank’s/industry standard
• Work with end-users to understand user behavior and collaborate with UX and UI designers to design interactions on web pages
• Cooperate with other key roles (e.g., Real customers, Business Analyst, architects, etc.) to ensure the best solutions are created
• Ensure test automation across all test levels, e.g., unit, regression, performance, etc.
• Ensure service and process adherence to security and compliance policies
• Provide L3 production support and work with the enterprise application support and platform infrastructure teams to balance service innovation and reliability
• Be committed to and accountable for squad deliveries and end-results
• Support a culture that promotes teamwork, participation, and empowerment

About you:

• Proven technical skills within the front-end development area, including web development, web libraries, and frameworks
• Hands-on experience building web applications using both .Net Core and a JavaScript framework like AngularJS or ReactJS
• Proficiency in key front-end development technologies (e.g., AngularJS, JavaScript ES6+, ReactJS, Redux, WebackHTML, QGraphics, ASP.NET, CSS)
• Experience in and understanding of DevOps principles and practices(e.g., CI/CD pipelines)
• Knowledge about the whole web stack, including database and system design and web server optimization techniques
• Understanding of Database concepts & experience with SQL SERVER
• Good foundational knowledge in OOPs, SOLID principles, and class design patterns
• Thorough with unit testing and code coverage
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge about how to create solutions that follow industry-standard regarding usability, performance, reliability, and scalability
• Enthusiastic about knowledge sharing and continuous learning
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

+13 years of IT experience, in which 10+ years of experience in enterprise software design, development, maintenance and support using Microsoft Technologies.
