Senior Management Coordinator-Workplace Environment and Employee Wellbeing (maternity cover)

Our Lithuania Country Business Management team develops and supports Danske Bank Lithuania from the Site management and employer attractiveness point of view.

We are looking for a Senior Management Coordinator (maternity cover) who will be contributing to the further development of our workplace environment and employee wellbeing, initiate improvements of internal processes and drive innovation. 

You will act as a point of entry for Support Functions (Real Estate, Facilities, HR, Communication, other) and 3rd party vendors aligning business requirements and addressing shared needs and pain points of business stakeholders. You may expect to take part in strategic initiatives & projects in combination with administrative tasks. 

You will:

  • Initiate and coordinate Lithuania site-related activities focusing on the workplace environment and employee wellbeing, including administrative tasks across the site ensuring a good flow of communication and implementation among internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners
  • Prepare various site operational reports
  • Coordinate site leadership meetings and all external visits including preparation, communication and follow-up
  • Develop various presentations and prepare necessary material for the leadership meetings, create and maintain key documents, materials, and communications

About you:

  • 2+ years of work experience in an administrative field, project management, coordination of various initiatives or similar
  • Strong stakeholder management, networking, and communication skills
  • Innovative mindset, proactiveness, and openness for continuous learning
  • Highly organized, skilled in setting priorities, willing to actively handle tasks through to a successful conclusion
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities and adjust to shifting demands

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2080 EUR to 3120 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
