Senior Learning Experience Consultant

Then join us and become a member of the Compliance Training and Development team within Group Compliance. The team is focused on bringing blended learning solutions to empower the organisation by strengthening compliance knowledge, competencies, and culture.

As a Senior Learning Experience Consultant, you will have a strong responsibility to design, develop, and deliver the highest quality compliance training solutions to ensure the growth and sustainability of employee competencies across the Group.

You will be in close collaboration with compliance stakeholders, subject matter experts, training e-developers, and external training providers to guarantee high-quality learning processes and solutions.

You will:

  • Establish and develop training-related processes
  • Develop training instructions, business procedures, and methodologies such as compliance training needs analysis, recording and reporting, learning impact assessment, continuous learning improvement processes, etc.
  • Identify compliance training needs through training needs analysis
  • Design, develop, maintain, and deliver high-quality training programmes and materials aligned with the Regulatory expectations and needs of the organisation and the individual
  • Analyse raw compliance training material and create learning scripts and scenarios for compliance training e-developers
  • Ensure close collaboration with stakeholders in regard to compliance training development
  • Be involved in the creation and delivery of e-learning packages
  • Analyse training-related data and provide respective insights and recommendations
  • Provide regular reporting to the Line Manager, Management, and stakeholders on related area

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience taking on organisational learning and development responsibilities
  • Advanced skills in spoken and written English are essential
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in areas related to Business Management, Psychology, Law, or equivalent
  • Corporate communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexibility in a fast-changing environment
  • Understanding of the financial services sector
  • Experience with eLearning development programmes would be highly beneficial
  • Understanding the regulatory context in which Danske Bank operates is preferable

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2640 EUR to 3960 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
