Senior IT Service Manager

As a member of the squad, you will work on innovative solutions to complex business problems and drive modernization and cloud transformation initiatives. You will work together with the Modern HR Infrastructure team, which contains .NET developers and a technical chapter lead. The team works in close collaboration with architects and product owners. You will:

  • Execute security assessments
  • Be responsible for risk acceptances/mitigations in SNOW
  • Be responsible for compliance processes for applications, including service recovery plans and service impact assessments
  • Provide and ensure service support and development quality management
  • Perform security assessments and facilitate discussions with security architects
  • Ensure squad continuously update relevant documentation and manage incidents according to rules

About you:

  • University degree in IT or related field
  • 3+ years in Service Management leading position
  • Experience with Service Now/Service portfolio mappings
  • Previous experience in procurement and legal processes
  • ITIL experience or certification (ITIL4 is an advantage)
  • Experience from enterprise environment
  • Motivated, easy going with “can do” attitude
  • Thrive in an environment with a high level of empowerment
  • Advanced English language skills

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
