• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, engineering or similar
• Team player with agile mindset
• Strong knowledge of Major Incident, Problem Management and Change Management best practices
• Excellent English communication skills required at all levels for both written and verbal with great attention to detail
• Able to work independently, make decisions and act upon them
• Good collaboration skills and a passion for developing people
• Minimal need for guidance on projects or assignments. Ability to provide guidance and training to team members
• Experience within both software development and operations an advantage
• Be able to make sense out of complexity and communicate this clearly
