Senior Incident and Change Manager for Anti-Money-Laundering IT Systems

In Danske Bank, we are on a constant journey to effectively prevent and counter money laundering. For one of our IT development areas we are looking for an experienced, self-driven individual to mature our internal IT operational practices and strengthen collaboration with Group IT Operations.

You will:

• Drive continuous improvement of our internal IT operational practices, e.g. incident management, event management, and change & release management
• Strengthen collaboration with other development areas and IT Operations teams about incident management, RCA etc.
• Standardise and optimise internal processes to drive down MTTR and improve service availability
• Communicate and engage development teams to be part of the journey and instil a sense of ownership
• Contribute to shaping the role and potentially expand learnings and sphere of influence to other parts of the organisation

About you:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, engineering or similar
• Team player with agile mindset
• Strong knowledge of Major Incident, Problem Management and Change Management best practices
• Excellent English communication skills required at all levels for both written and verbal with great attention to detail
• Able to work independently, make decisions and act upon them
• Good collaboration skills and a passion for developing people
• Minimal need for guidance on projects or assignments. Ability to provide guidance and training to team members
• Experience within both software development and operations an advantage
• Be able to make sense out of complexity and communicate this clearly
