We are looking for a collaborative colleague with an experience in HR payroll processes to join our HR Services LT team. As a Senior HRS LT Payroll Specialist, you will work on global end-to-end processes and local payroll tasks, primarily covering administrative support for the employees in Lithuania. Besides, you will have an exciting opportunity to participate in various Payroll-related projects.

You will be a good fit if you are organised, love to work with excel, able to deliver high quality and efficiency while also being a great team member. The strategic goal of the team is to become a center of excellence for HR Service deliveries.

You will:

  • Administrate employee data in Alga HR/Profit-Web system
  • Communicate with managers and employees in several countries by e-mail and phone
  • Prepare different HR payroll-related reports
  • Collaborate with vendors, colleagues in and outside Lithuania
  • Participate in various HR-related projects and initiatives
  • Review and update internal procedures in fields related to HR payroll
  • Ensure GDPR compliance with HR payroll data
  • Perform post-payroll controls
  • Take care of other payroll administrative tasks and support queries

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in working with HR Payroll tasks
  • Knowledge of applicable labor laws and basic accounting principles
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Quality consciousness and understanding of risks and controls
  • Willingness and proactiveness to take ownership of various payroll projects and initiatives
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work individually and as a team member
  • Positive attitude, agility, and good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Alga HR/Profit-Web system (would be a big bonus)
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills

Monthly salary range from 1760 EUR to 2640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
