• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
• You have at least 4 quality years of work experience as a Software Engineer, Operations Engineer, Quality Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer and/or Full-Stack Engineer
• Deep domain knowledge on DevOps both on helicopter-view and deep dive. In simply words, you must “know your DevOps”
• Experience on working directly with clients of various backgrounds and seniority
• Experience with at least one of the following: Node.js, Angular, Python, Golang or Shell-Scripting, Java, .Net
• Experience with Windows, Linux, Infrastructure Provisioning & Orchestration (Terraform & Ansible) and Cloud Services (eg AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with designing, building and advancing event-driven CI/CD pipelines using a number of the mentioned technologies: Atlassian Stack, Jenkins, GitHub, Drone.io, Azure DevOps, Ansible, Sonarqube, BlackDuckHub, Semle, Vault, Artifactory, Consul, Selenium, Cucumber, ServiceNow and CyberArk
• Experience with DevOps frameworks such as; release engineering tactics, advanced test automation, infrastructure as code, self-healing, technical debt and toil elimination and chaos engineering
• Experience working with APIs achieving automation and interoperability
• Experience with containers platforms (Docker EE or Openshift) and orchestration (Swarm or Kubernetes)
• Experience with business continuity and relevant documentation (TRRDs)
• Experience with Service Level Management and reporting (SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, Error Budgets)
• Experience in application monitoring (eg Grafana, Promethues, AppDynamics), log aggregation (Splunk, ELK) and application observability, recoverability and self-healing best practises
• Experience with processes engineering across the DevOps Value Chain (SDLC + ITSM)
