Senior Developer for Fee Platform

You will be able to highly influence and develop our existing IT setup, in the cross-field of close collaboration with your new team and the Asset Management IT tribe. You will be joining a global team of 10 professionals in Denmark, Finland and Lithuania, as a part of the Global Fee team in Asset Management Operations. We are doing an awesome job in running, calculating and booking fees on the wealthiest customers in the Nordics and on the Danske Invest fund range, in which we create a good customer experience and ensure the income of i.e. Danske Bank Asset Management.

We work with large data sets and in various IT channels, such as Oracle APEX, SQL, Access and SAS. All though we have a strong foundation, we know our potential, in existing processes, is even bigger and can be released through further IT development, which is where your skills and mindset play a large role.

It is absolutely crucial we have fun when juggling with numbers, working with data and spreadsheets! Having multiple check-ins on a daily basis to work closely together (also discussing other than work-related stuff) is essential, while social gatherings, Teams team lunches, team days and the likes are equally important.

LC&I Lithuania Business Hub is a remote hub for the global business unit serving the largest Danske Bank corporate & institutional customers & prospects. We work in a global team setup where cross-country competencies are combined to support our customers’ needs in many areas such as transaction banking, asset management, research & data analytics, sales consultancy, etc. LC&I Lithuania Business Hub is a local embassy (currently ~120 professionals) for global business with great growth aspirations.

You will:

  • Act as the bridge and work closely with business and the Asset Management Tribe and utilize your skills and experience as an architect on our Fee platform
  • Gain an understanding of our existing processes and the environment we work in
  • Translate our practical wishes into actionable IT solutions, challenge possibilities and pitfalls, and take an active role in the establishment of technology modernization of our Fee platform to cater for fees and the processes
  • Apply the best practices for our database querying
  • Run the steps from prioritization, planning, co-create, design and iterating on requirements, to the actual development and subsequently testing and implementation of the solution
  • Be creatively collaborating with the IT Tribe on an ongoing basis (i.e Scrum ceremonies) to understand our platform setup and follow existing governance and gain knowledge
  • Ensure solution/deployment compliance with development standards, IT risk, and security protocols as well as sound data management principles
  • Be doing database error troubleshooting if our platform has downtime (you will be supported by a wide range of IT specialists in the IT Tribe)
  • Have fun while doing great stuff!

About you:

  • Solid experience with SQL and frontend/UI design, ideally also and understanding and knowledge around SAS
  • Experienced in building efficient, resilient, and scalable IT solutions and handling the lifecycle of those solutions
  • If Tableau, .net or SimCorp Dimension is known territory, it is a positive add on
  • You are a team-oriented person, motivated, result oriented, accurate, and confident in making decisions and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Upper-intermediate English skills

Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
