You will:

As a Senior Data Scientist in the AI Assist Squad, you will take part in analyzing and improving our AI-assisted solutions to ensure they deliver high-quality customer experiences. Your work will combine deep analytical expertise with hands-on collaboration to drive measurable impact and development. In this role, you will:

  • Analyze performance data from AI-assisted solutions to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities
  • Design and execute evaluation frameworks to measure solution effectiveness and customer impact
  • Develop actionable insights that inform enhancements to models, algorithms, and user experience
  • Collaborate with engineers and product owners to implement technical improvements and deploy optimized solutions
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across all analysis and reporting processes
  • Drive continuous improvement by recommending and implementing enhancements based on data-driven findings
  • Work independently on complex tasks, making informed decisions and delivering results with minimal supervision

About you:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Power Platform, Azure Platform, and Azure AI Search
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio and its application in building integrated solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics, data engineering, and prompt engineering techniques
  • Experience with DevOps/DataOps practices to enable efficient and scalable workflows
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams to complete squad objectives
  • Customer-focused approach, with the ability to design personalised, data-driven solutions
  • Analytical problem-solving skills to solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Advanced skills in English

This role is critical to ensure the AI Assist Squad delivers impactful and efficient chatbot solutions that elevate customer engagement experience across assisted channels.
