Senior Data Analyst with Business Insights in Wealth Management

As part of a newly developed IT platform strategy, Asset Management has a goal to improve the quality of our data and to increase our operational efficiency.

We are now looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a team of professionals that will be responsible for delivering our information management program.
In Lithuania we are creating a team that is going to operate as an equal partners for collaboration to our colleagues in the Nordics when enabling Danske Wealth Management to create and deliver value to customers.

In this role, you will take responsibility for analyzing data issues identified by the business, identifying the root causes of those issues, and providing advice to the team relating to how those issues can be resolved by applying best practices within data management.

You will work with our main business stakeholders across the Nordics in asset management, and distribution – both in retail and institutional banking.

Depending on your experience and knowledge we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

• +5 years experience as Business or Data Analyst, ideally within Financial Services, but other industries will also be considered
• Experience from data management frameworks (knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK would be an advantage)
• Higher education in finance, statistics, mathematics or other relevant field
• Experience from implementation of common data models, schemas and normalization typically found within data warehouse and data mart design, including snowflake, star, third normal form (3NF)
• Excellent collaboration skills with ability to work with stakeholders of different seniority
• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations
• High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases
• Excellent English skills
