We are a global team with 7 dedicated colleagues supporting several areas of responsibilities: Risk & Compliance, Finances / Data and administrative tasks. We serve as an advisor and facilitator to the Business on risk-related issues and run/support various risk and compliance initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced senior colleague to run the ambitious Risk & Compliance agenda in T&S, Personal & Business Customers in close collaboration with Risk Managers and other colleagues across the organisation. An essential part of your job is stakeholder management and you will gain an extensive network.

You will:

You will act as the main link between and across T&S P&BC (primarily P&BC Services) and our stakeholders in relevant risk and compliance matters. You will engage in various operational risk tasks in close co-operation with your team, Risk Managers and the Business.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and support local adaption and implementation to build and maintain a strong risk and compliance culture across the area
  • Own / design processes for risk and compliance initiatives to ensure synergies and improvements across for greater transparency, progress and development
  • Acting as a sparring partner for day-to-day risk and control questions
  • Preparing risk reporting for senior management
  • Define actions to improve, making sure that risks and GDPR are incorporated with a continuous focus to ensure lessons are learned
  • Facilitating dialogue with other functions within the bank, as well as senior management around risk topics, while driving the agenda forward

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience with risk management area in the financial sector or have experience from business development, internal audit or project management
  • Good facilitation-, stakeholder-, and project management skills
  • Relevant educational background
  • Structured and analytic mind-set and ability to break down complex tasks that can be communicated in an easy and understandable way
  • Successful at executing tasks, both independently and in teams
  • Feel comfortable in trying new approaches and be an advocate of agile ways of working
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
