Advance your career by joining our brand new team in Transaction Banking (TxB) area – Sales Research. Sales Research will play a key role in developing and scaling new sales advisory concepts, research, and material for our Sales teams across the Nordics. This will not only improve the quality and relevance of our advisory but also strengthen the thought leadership position of Danske Bank in the market.

You will be a key person to facilitate the dialogue between sales and development teams   in order to create best in class sales advisory material and to address the most relevant needs of our business customers in the CFO or Treasury area. Our new advisory universe aims to combine customer needs with our banking solutions and the latest news and trends in transaction banking area, e.g. fraud prevention, process digitalisation, new payment methods, industry specific benchmarking etc.

Currently we are looking for a colleague in Vilnius to join a global team including experienced professional in Copenhagen and a number of partially dedicated colleagues from all Nordics that are experts in different areas, e.g. sales and solution development.

You will:

Your key responsibilities will cover the following areas:

  • Advisory concepts. Facilitate development and maintenance of advisory concepts, supporting material, and tools within TxB areas
  • Research and updates. Conduct research and analysis on news, trends, and updates within TxB areas and convert them into customer focused advisory material
  • New product launch support. Provide input on go-to-market strategy for new products to ensure commercial aspects are well covered and aligned with sales priorities

As this is a totally new role, the scope of full responsibilities is under development at the moment. We are looking forward to welcoming proactive person to the team, who is also willing to influence and contribute to defining the long-term goals and responsibilities together with us.

About you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience within consultancy, customer advisory or CX field
  • Have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Be advanced in MS Power Point, Excel; any other data analysis toolset will be considered as an advantage
  • Have higher education
  • Have a flair for distilling information into insights and making it visual
  • Be curious about the latest transaction banking industry trends
  • Be proactive and independent in driving things
  • Be customer-focused and have a “can-do” attitude to achieve the best results
  • Be organised and have a systematic approach that enables you to rapidly understand and work with different advisory topics
