Senior Consultant in Intelligent Automation CoE

The Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) will be the home for enabling the organization to capture benefits while waiting for the strategic systems or complete process transformation; development and maintenance of all new and existing intelligent automation solutions; expertise of the industry’s best practices, innovations, and standards creation. 

We are looking for a Senior or Chief Consultant to join our NewTech, Standards and Infrastructure team. In this team, we ensure stable automation infrastructure, work with joint CoE projects, deliver bank-wide training and discover, test, implement and scale new technologies according to the bank’s needs.

You will:

  • Bring the bank to the next level of intelligent automation: from knowledge to implementation
  • Run initiatives and projects that enable automation technologies in the bank
  • Apply relevant project management and agile approach, when and where needed, to achieve the best possible outcome balancing duration, cost and objectives
  • Create large, well-targeted awareness-building and training campaigns for colleagues across the bank
  • Facilitate work groups within the CoE and through the joint effort help remove automation impediments and reach our goals
  • Develop best practice methodologies and tools to continuously build competencies in the team and across the bank

About you:

  • Solid consultancy skills in problem-solving, facilitation and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge and experience within IT projects. Great interest in IT and automation fields with a constant search for new options and ways how to drive that in the organization
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills across different audiences, as well as an advanced level of English
  • Solid knowledge of business analysis
  • Knowledge of project management disciplines and project team dynamics
  • Be comfortable with a changing environment and curious about engaging in a large and complex organization where you demonstrate personal skills such as being proactive and showing engagement

Valuable advantages:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft (e.g. Power Automate) products
  • Experience with IT security and Risk assessments
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence)

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
