The team will own both side due diligence processes:

• Running due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) issuance process (preparing, sending, and later evaluating DDQs) for Investment Managers both internally and globally externally
• Project management of the process of answering DDQs (incl. KYC part) received from our institutional clients and brokers

Developing, professionalizing, and optimizing due diligence processes is an important part of responsibilities as well. This will improve the quality and relevance of our due diligence activities and strengthen our reputation among institutional clients and service providers.

As a new team member, you will have a great opportunity to establish and develop a best-in-class set-up to ensure high quality due diligence serving business needs.

Depending on your experience and knowledge we may offer you a different seniority of the role. Currently we are looking for a colleague in Vilnius to become a member of this new team which will work closely with the colleagues in Asset Management and other business areas in mainly Denmark and with the external investment managers and clients globally.

You will:

Your main responsibility will be to handle both Asset management DDQ processes (issuance, answering and evaluating) in the most efficient and effective way using supporting tools and applying best practice methodology.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and improving DDQ database for content accuracy, consistency, and simplicity
• Running ongoing development project to enhance the processes related to handling both DDQ processes (issuance, answering and evaluating)
• Working closely with several internal and external stakeholders

As this is a brand new team, the full scope of responsibilities and the set-up of running due diligence processes are still under development. We are looking forward to on boarding proactive people who are also willing to contribute to creating consistent and robust processes and set-up to run the DDQs.

About you:

• Experience within asset management (e.g. fund management or manager & fund selection)
• Knowledge in due diligence process in asset management
• have excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
• be advanced in MS Office and be able to learn new systems easily
• be good at cross-country communication and stakeholder management
• be proactive and independent in driving things
• be customer-focused and have a “can-do” attitude to achieve the best result
• be detail-oriented, organized and have a systematic approach that enables you to rapidly understand things
