We are looking for a Senior Consultant in Technology & Services for Personal & Business Customers to identify, plan and deliver on the migration agenda and improvements in the area, promote projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the strategic goals of the Personal & Business Customers area, focusing on the migration of the Services part of the larger Technology & Services organization which is currently undergoing a major transformation. Expect plentiful challenges and changes to manage. Your ideas and opinions will be encouraged and valued from day one.
You will be leading and teaming up on migration change initiatives with focus on centralizing, standardizing, service areas within the Personal & Business Customers domain and, also, strategic initiatives cutting across the whole services organization.
You will apply your project & change management, process analysis and improvement, service and performance management skills, and best practices to ensure effective implementation of the migration agenda.
