Senior Compliance Officer in Control Testing, Regulatory Compliance (temporary contract)

Do you have a flair for Regulatory Compliance and Control Testing?

We are looking for a performance-oriented Senior Compliance professional with high integrity, thorough knowledge of Controls/Control Environments and strong regulatory compliance skills to join our Control Testing, Regulatory Compliance team which is a part of Group Compliance in Risk Assessment and Control Testing unit.

You will be located in Vilnius and become a part of a fast-growing international team, which consists of 9 highly skilled colleagues (compliance officers and data analysts) based in the Nordics, Lithuania and Poland.

The main goal for the Control Testing, Regulatory Compliance team is to build, enhance and maintain risk-based Control Testing programs, execute Control Testing programs accordingly to our annual plan and drive good collaboration with our stakeholders.

This will be a maternity cover for 2 years.

• At least 3+ years of work experience within compliance, internal audit or control testing in the financial sector
• Knowledge and interest in Controls, Control Environments, Control Testing and Regulatory Compliance (e.g. Market Integrity)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical, solution-oriented and positive mindset focused on a structured and attentive to detail approach
• Strong integrity, personal drive and capacity to work independently, whilst remaining a team player
• Ability to work in an efficient way in a fast- paced environment and apply risk-based approach
• Excellent English
