Senior Compliance Officer for Control Testing Team

Our team supports Group Compliance in discharging the 2LoD oversight responsibility for Regulatory Compliance, Financial Crime, and Conduct Risks by assessing through testing activities whether 1LoD have sufficient and adequate controls in place to support compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as well as requirements set in Governing Information. We perform independent, risk-based IT Controls Testing covering the areas of Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance.

You will be part of a continuously growing team of approximately 17 highly skilled professional colleagues across the Nordics, Lithuania, and Poland. This role is based in Lithuania.

You will:

  • Lead System Assurance Control Testing activities, either individually or with support from other team members (our annual plan consists of various types of testing activities, which creates a versatile work life with many different and varied tasks)
  • Constantly develop, engage in close dialogue, and share insights with stakeholders and other colleagues across multiple teams
  • Navigate in a complex organizational set-up and work on fast-paced projects while balancing business needs and tight deadlines with accuracy, details, and analytical approaches
  • Identify and interpret complex controls and associated risks
  • Scope and plan the testing activity
  • Generate reports to deliver testing results

About you:

  • At least 5 years of experience in, e.g., audit, internal audit, compliance, or control testing in the financial sector, with a focus on System Assurance and IT Controls
  • A good understanding of how to apply a risk-based approach
  • This is a role for you if you thrive with independent tasks and can prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously but still find it equally important to collaborate and succeed as a team
  • The ability to build relations and bring curiosity to understand and help progress our setup is vital
  • Advanced skill in English, both verbal and written
  • Proven stakeholder and project management skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3200 EUR to 4800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
